Amadu Massally was born in the West African nation of Sierra Leone, but he moved to the United States as a young man in order to obtain higher education. Upon his return to Sierra Leone in 2009, he became very active in governance and from the Office of the President where he worked, he was instrumental in setting up the Millennium Change Corporation office and initiated the Open Government Partnership in the country, among other things. Since 2006 he has delved in reconnecting with descendants of Sierra Leone, and the Gullahs especially. Currently he operates with a broader span that has led him to re-establish links with Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique. He currently works as a Senior Consultant with the World Bank on a Sierra Leone diaspora initiative to galvanize their resources into investments back home

He has In-depth expertise using agile and experience working with global multicultural teams across Asia, Africa, North America, South America, and Europe. Tamba advocate, promote, and sponsor civic technology initiatives that focus on reducing corruption, improving accountability, and transparency in Sierra Leone and Africa.

Aminata Kondeh (Amie) was born and raised in Sierra Leone. At age 21 she migrated to the United States. She started her IT career after working few years as a nursing assistant/home health aide. Her passion in technology motivated her to pursue an education in IT/Networking and Digital Forensics and Cyber Investigations. She has been in the IT field since 2002. She is the President & CEO of Imperium Defense Solutions, Inc. a Cyber-Forensics consulting firm in the Washington, DC Metro area. Amie is passionate about giving back to her country and to empower women in Technology in Sierra Leone. On her non-technical free time, you can catch Amie at the nearest CrossFit gym, tennis court or on a hiking trail. She is funny and loves to laugh with others.
